By completing your purchase from our online store, you are agreeing to this policy.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing means that your order will be picked, packed, and ready for shipment by the carrier. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Some items may rarely be marked as unavailable before your purchase is processed. If this occurs, we will issue a full refund and cancel the transaction as promptly as possible.
Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These values are variable and may change depending on your location and the shipping zone you are in in relation to our physical store. Please note that delivery dates are an estimate and occasionally delivery delays with the carrier may occur that we are unable to control.
AuSable River Outfitters ships to most valid addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do NOT ship to Massachusetts or the District of Columbia.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been processed containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.
AuSable River Outfitters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
AuSable River Outfitters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials, reciepts, and damaged goods before filing a claim. These will be needed in order to file your claim with the shipment carrier.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Thank you for shopping at AuSable River Outfitters. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.Returns will only be accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt. AuSable River Outfitters will provide YOUR CHOICE of a replacement item (pending availability) or full refund on all non-firearm products found defective upon receipt.
AuSable River Outfitters will not claim any responsibility for items damaged in shipping. For items damaged in shipping, users need to file a claim with the shipping carrier and not with us directly.
If you receive a defective item, please immediately contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the shop at 989-826-6900 to request a return shipping label. The label will be provided to you and the defective product must be returned to us in order for us to process the refund.
